Here is my contribution to the discussion:
I only read print magazines & newspapers (I don’t like being tracked while I read)
I would recommend… any newspapers and magazine that challenge one’s own habits and certainties. I won’t list any of those I read, but I can tell I read a few that are at the complete opposite of my own preferences and convictions, personal and political.
- It helps me avoid believing I know anything for sure.
- It helps me understand better how the people I don’t agree with do think.
- Last but not least, it helps me never forget I or the people sharing my ideas/preferences don’t have a monopoly on being right and on being smart, far from it.

Also, remember one doesn’t have to purchase magazines or newspapers, they can be read for free, in print, in many public libraries.
